Deepak Sharma appealed Hon’ble Lt. Governor G.C Murmu for his personal intervention for expediting the sanctioning of Assured Career progression (ACP)/ Time Bound promotion in favour of 10+2 lecturers as they have to stagnate for about 20 years in a single scale/ level before being promoted as principal with a meagre enhancement of Rs 200 in grade pay and hoped that a New Year Bonanza will be given to Plus Two Cadre by the UT Govt. in the shape of Three Time Bound Promotions (from level9/5400 GP to Level 13/8700GP) within a span of 20 years on the analogy of their other counterparts in gazetted cadre of different departments and end worst type of stagnation and step motherly treatment as only they have been deprived of the same amongst the gazetted cadre in same scale/level in UT of J&K.
