Panchkula, May 15: One more person has tested positive for Covid in Panchkula district. A 63-year-old woman has emerged as the district’s 24th case.
She was undergoing treatment for cancer at a private hospital.
The patient has been shifted to an isolation ward in Sector 6 Civil Hospital.
Five members of her family are also being taken to the Civil Hospital for Covid testing.
With this, the tally of active cases in Panchkula stands at six. Eighteen people have already been cured.
