Jammu: The school always serves as catalyst in initiating panacea for social crises and how to make optimum serviceability of any crises for the well being of children and faculty. With this intend, Ms Rohini Aima; Principal cum Vice-Chairperson of the school enterprised virtual training session for teaching faculty for all the schools of Jammu Region. These sessions were contemplated on “ Effective Teaching Strategies,21st century life skills- the future of education,Productive on-line teaching and psychosocial support for children,school lockdown concern and pedagogical planning post covid” which were attended vehemently by teaching faculty from Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu, Jammu Sanskriti School, Kathua, IDPS, Jammu,JK Public School, Holy Convent School, Kathua.
The perspective behind this commemoration was to apprise teaching faculty about multifarious ingenious and newfangled pedagogical planning, redesigning and reinventing curriculum, how to make teacher fraternity future ready thereby catering to the yearning of every stakeholder engrossed in teaching learning process. In this regard, it is admissible to acknowledge the resource person Dr Anuradha Govind; a dedicated and passionate educationist, an inspiring transformational education leader, an experienced resource person with CBSE, a recipient of more than 85 awards and 100 honors, an expert in Experiential Curriculum, Theatre in Education and Innovative teaching learning methods had reformed the system of education with her prodigious expertise and her ideology that education goes beyond books.
Speaking on the erstwhile, Ms Rohini Aima; Principal cum Vice-Chairperson of the school conveyed her heartfelt gratitude to the resource person Dr Anuradha Govind for conducting such edifying and pragmatic sessions which are instrumental in today’s scenario. She also asserted that we as leaders need to be the ambassadors for promulgating strategies which will foster 21st century skills and create a realm of enlightenment in education sector.
