3 more Covid-19 cases in Chandigarh, tally 269

Chandigarh, May 26: Three more people, including a one-and-a half-year-old boy, were tested positive for the coronavirus in Chandigarh, taking the number of cases in the UT to 269 on Tuesday. All are residents of Bapu Dham colony.  

There are 78 active cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), while 187 people have recovered so far.

On Monday, 10 new COVID-19 cases were reported from Bapu Dham colony, which is the worst-affected area of the city.

Four people have died due to the pandemic in the Union territory.
