ASHOK KUMAR URGES Lt. GOVERNOR TO PERSONALLY INTERVENE FOR BLACK TOPPING OF KAROL TO RAMBAN STRETCH

Ramban: Shri Ashok Kumar, former MLA from Ramban, while expressing grave concerns, today strongly urged upon the Lieutenant Governor of J&K to intervene and direct the concerned authorities to immediately complete the Black Topping work on the ‘Karol to Ramban’ stretch of National Highway-44.

Talking to Paigaam, Shri Ashok Kumar said that the people of the region were badly affected due to the formation of heavy clouds of dust particles because of the ongoing work on the National Highway. People run the risk of chronic diseases and already quite a few people have taken up ill. Hence it becomes pertinent to complete the black topping on war footing, he added.

Shri Ashok Kumar urged the Lt. Governor to personally intervene into the matter so that the affected people of the area can breathe a sigh of relief.
