Jammu: Today on 09-06-2021, a virtual meeting for Principals, Zonal Education Officers and Headmasters of Govt schools of District was organized by Chief Education Officer Rajouri, in which following points were discussed/instruction passed to Principals/ZEO/headmasters by the Chief Education Officer Rajouri.
(a) Online Admission: Chief Education Officer Rajouri directed all the HOIs to complete online admission of remaining students.
(b) Tracing the student(s): Chief Education Officer Rajouri has fixed the sole responsibility of HOIs to explore/trace the student (if left out in admission process) and admit him/her immediately by taking student/parents into consideration by paying special visit to their doorsteps.
(c) Completion of Scholarship process: Chief Education officer Rajouri has passed necessary instructions in favour of DDO/HOIs to complete the Scholarship process at an earliest possible.
(d) Distribution of free supply of Text Books: Chief Education officer Rajouri stressed upon DDO/HOIs to distribute the free supply of textbooks (1st to 8th) to the rightful eligible students at their doorsteps.
