Jammu: Today on 19th of April 2022, Principal Secretary School Education Sh. B.K Singh visited Government High School Palli, zone Vijaypur, District Samba to take note of the day to day working of the institute and to inspect the renovation work underway at the school campus.
He was accompanied by Dr Ravi Shankar Sharma, Director School Education Jammu, Chief Education Officer Samba, Shri Jaswant Singh and other officials.
Pertinently, the educational institutions have recently reopened for in-person classes in the region after a gap of almost 2 years in the wake of Covid-19 and Government High School Palli is currently being renovated to improve the teaching learning experience of the students as well as the teachers.
The visiting officials interacted with staff and students of the school and enquired about the functioning of various aspects to ascertain the working of the school. They also inspected the school building, various classrooms and labortories and passed on instructions to the staff members for the improvement and better use of the infrastructure and facilities.
Interacting with the students, Principal Secretary Shri B K Singh exhorted upon them to deeply understand the basic concepts of their subjects and work hard towards building a better future.
Speaking to the staff members, he advised them to make the teaching- learning process more practical and amenable by using examples from day to day life which would make it more relatable for the students.
He asked the staff to invest some time on regular basis in motivating the students so that they take up their studies with utmost devotion and sincerity. He also advised to strictly follow all Covid SOPs during their offline classes.
He also asked the staff members to give their hundred percent so that the loss of studies incurred due the covid pandemic could be mitigated.
