DSEJ CONDOLES DEATH OF STAFF MEMEBER
JAMMU, 19 June 2022: Director School Education Jammu, Dr.Ravi Shankar Sharma, on behalf of the staff members and entire teaching community of Jammu Division condoled the sad and untimely demise of Mr. Uttam Singh who was serving as a teacher at PS Thara (Bamyal), Zone Dansal, Jammu.
While offering heartfelt sympathies and condolences, he prayed for the peace to the departed soul and patience for the near and dear ones to bear the irreparable loss.
In his condolence message, Dr. Ravi Shankar Sharma described Late Mr. Uttam Singh as an asset to the department. The staff and students of PS Thara will remember him for his dedication and helping attitude, he added.
Late Mr Uttam Singh served for 14 devoted years after joining the Education Department as an RET in 2008 and was later regularised as General Line teacher in 2013. He was battling for life for the past few months at DMC Ludhiana and breathed his last yeaterday i.e. on 18th June,2022.
A two minute silent prayer session was held by the students and colleagues in the honor of the deceased on Monday morning. Similar prayers were held at the Directorate of School Education Jammu, Chief Education Office Jammu and ZEO office.
Appropriate directions have been passed by the Director to Chief Education Officer Jammu, Mr. Suraj Singh Rathore to provide every possible help and support to the family of the deceased in this moment of grief and sorrow and expedite all pensionary benefits to the family.
