Kishtwar, Tuesday,June 21: 8th International Yoga Day was today celebrated across the length and breadth of Distict Kishtwar in all educational institutions under the leadership of Chief Education Officer Kishtwar, Sh Sudershan Kumar Sharma.District Nodal Officer Fit India Movement Kishtwar, Mr Pardeep Koul (Lecturer) monitored the celebration of the International Yoga Day throughout the district.
He had organized a large number of camps, workshops and Awareness-cum-Action camps in the district prior to the International Yoga Day.Consequently the celebration of the Day was a grand success in the district.The Principals, ZEOs, Headmasters & HoIs in the district led from the front in their respective zones/Schools/area vis-a-vis celebration of the Day involving lecturers,masters, teachers and other non-teaching staff.The Physical Education Wing played a pivotal role in making the celebration a huge success.Zonal Nodal Officers, Fit India Movement of all 7 zones of the district were conspicuous by their hard work and toil for successful conclusion of the IYD.Mr Deepak Sharma co-ordinated with the ZNOs efficiently.
