Kathua outshines other districts in 10th class examination results

Students of Government schools of the district Kathua shine in 10th class Board Examination results, maximum 6pass percentage amongst all districts.
Kathua : With the recent declaration of tenth class result of JKBOSE, the students of the Government schools of the district Kathua outperformed the students of other districts of the province by achieving the highest pass percentage in the results.
Mr. P. L. Thapa, the Chief Education Officer of the district congratulated the student community and the teaching faculty  of the district on their stupendous success and performance. He said that despite a difficult year, the students of the district had shown their hardwork. He also thanked the teachers of the district for their relentless dedication towards the students. The officer also thanked and congratulated all the HOIs and the respective Zonal Education Officers of the district.
Mr. Thapa also congratulated the top merit holders of the district and wished them luck for their future endeavours and promised that he would ensure that in future also, the provisions for teaching and learning continue to remain at the highest level of quality. It is worth mentioning that among the ten districts of Jammu province, district Kathua managed to score a total pass percentage of 87.71 followed by district Samba which scored pass percentage of 86%.
