DODA: The Chief Education Officer Doda, Mr. Prahlad Bhagat along with DEPO Doda Mr. Ayaz Iqbal Mughal, today, conducted an extensive tour of Bhaderwah area to take stock of the readiness of schools in view of recent reopening of schools and visited HS Pranoo, MS Bhalla, HS Bhalla, HS Nichlathara , MS Ghatha and HSS G Bhaderwah among other schools.
During the inspection CEO Doda took stock of Covid-19 related preparedness arrangements made by school authorities for the staff and students.
During the visit CEO Doda issued onspot directions to the Principals and ZEOs to inspect the Middle and Primary Schools falling within their catchment area to ensure the cleanliness and adherence to precautionary and preventive guidelines in these Schools.
He said that the education system was affected by the global pandemic and after a gap of two years educational institutions are ready to resume normal functioning. However, necessary precautions have to be taken and there should be no laxity in ensuring adherence to COVID Appropriate Behaviour.
Moreover, CEO Doda also directed the Head of Institutions, to monitor activities of students in the schools so that thier safety can be ensured all the time.
