Poonch: DC Poonch, Mr. Yasin Choudhary has ordered inquiry to investigate the complaints received from general public and other interested parties regarding the poor macdamisation of Chandak to Sathra and Bus Stand Mandi to Shri Bhudha Amarnath roads.
Mr. Malikzada Sheraz Ul Haq, ADDC Poonch has been made the inquiry Officer and is required to submit indepth report with in 15 days recommending action against the officers/ officials and the contractors involved.
Earlier a committee headed by a Tehsildar level officer conducted preliminary investigation into the matter and found that the macdamisation of the above mentioned roads had been damaged and had weared off at many places within the first year of construction of the road warranting further investigation and action against the culprits.
