Ashok Sharma, Director School Education Jammu  Congratulates Successful Students As BOSE Declares Class 12th Result

Jammu, India – Director School Education Jammu, Ashok Sharma, has congratulated the students, their parents and teachers for their hard work and success in the class 12th examination as t<span;>he Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (BOSE) has declared the results of the class 12th examination.

According to the results released by BOSE, 65% of the students have passed the class 12th examination with flying colors. Mr. Sharma has praised the students for their excellent performance and dedication towards their studies, despite the challenges posed by the Covid and post Covid scenario.

Girls have once again outshined boys with the pass percentage of female students being  68% and that of the boys being 61%. A total of 15988 distinction have been scored by the girls while boys have managed 11283 distinctions. A cursory perusal of the list of toppers in different subjects reveals a similar trend showing girls outsmarting boys in almost every sphere. Mr. Ashok Sharma said that the Directorate is committed towards reducing the gender gap in education and the declared result is a testimony to the efforts put in by the government  as well as the Directorate of School Education Jammu in this direction.

He also appreciated the efforts put in by the teachers who helped the students prepare for the examination through their sustained guidance, hard work, and dedication. In his message to the successful students, he said, “It is an excellent result, keeping in view the disruptions caused by the Covid pandemic and I congratulate all students who have passed the examinations. I advise them to keep up the great work and strive for excellence in their future endeavors.”

The Director also had words of encouragement for those students who could not make the grade. He said, “For the students who could not achieve the desired grades, do not lose heart. Work hard, study well and try again next time. Remember, success comes to those who persevere and have a positive mindset.”

Throughout the state, the students, parents, and teachers are celebrating the success and hard work of the toppers, and encouraging those who did not succeed to stay motivated and try again in the future.

The Directorate on behalf of ,entire teaching community, officials  and other stake holders wishes all the students for their successful future and congratulates the toppers of the class 12th examination.
