CEO Doda Pays Surprise Visit To Different Schools Of Ghat Zone

Doda,April 03 : Chief Education Officer Doda Sh.Parkash Lal Thapa paid surprise visit to Govt.Middle School Ghat, High School Bhabore and other offices including Zonal Education Office Ghat in order to review the functioning of schools in the area.

 

During the visit Sh.Parkash Lal Thapa noticed that Schools were functioning normally.All Staff members were present in the institutions and busy with their class work.

Schools were maintained properly having sufficient accommodation toilet/water facilities and kitchen shed etc.

Instructions were issued to the staff to remain punctual and vigilant as examination process was still in progress and to ensure that no malpractices were being exercised during the examination.

He also interacted with students and staff memebers of the school and checked the note books of students which seemed to be quiet satisfactory in the beginning of academic year.

Further, he urged that quality education should be imparted to school students and instructed one and all to use the latest teaching techniques.

The CEO further directed the teaching community to work with dedication, zeal and honesty in order to raise the education standard and work towards all round development of mind, body and soul of the students.

He directed all the Teachers and Heads of the Institutions to actively participate in the enrollment drive and to ho for door to door visits for motivating the parents that their kids will be provided with best facilities in the government schools of District Doda.

CEO Doda who is also the Nodal Officer for (AMF) Assured Minimum Facility, conducted physical verification of schools where polling stations had been set up for educational zone Ghat and ensured Assured Minimum Facilities(AMF) at the polling stations for Lok Sabha Elections 2024 which are going to be held from April 19 (Phase-I).

He also ensured that no posters/writing or hoardings of any kind of political parties or any other organisation were on the walls or within the premises of government school buildings.

Chief Education Officer Doda stressed upon the Cluster Heads to monitor all private schools falling in thier respective clusters and ensure the complete implementation guidelines regarding books prescribed by the JK BOSE in private Schools and charging of fees as per approved fee structure duly issued by chairman Fee Fixation & Regulation Committee and that no changes in uniform are made without prior permission from the competent authority
