In the remembrance of our soldiers who have sacrificed their lives for the sake of motherland, 7th December is celebrated as Armed Forces Day every year to pay homage and admiration to our martyrs . This day is observed as a patriotism and nationalism to bring loyalty among youths. 7th December as Armed Forces Day celebrated in the premises of *Govt Higher secondary school Hut* in which faculty and students participated enthusiastically.
Mohd Sikandar CRC Education shared his views on this occasion and highlighted the importance of the day. While addressing to students, he narrated the historic significant of the day. He said that on December 7, 1949, Armed Forces Flag Day was established to raise awareness of the sacrifices made by our military.
He advised to students that on this day we all have chance to show our appreciation and admiration for defence forces and their families. We all should come forward and donate for the families who have lost their beloved one and it promotes the relationship between Armed Forces and civilians. It gives the sense of togetherness and patriotism among all.
While highlighting the importance of the day, he said that govt of India has initiated various schemes through youths can encourage to participate in Armed Forces.
*Principal sir Sh. B B Sharma* has appreciated the lesson delivered to students and he also encouraged students that youth have potential that promote national unity and solidarity. Principal sir has highlighted the govt. Scheme of *Agniveer*. This scheme allows young people to serve in the military for a four-year period, after which they can pursue other careers.
All these activities are made successful and prosperous under the guidance of worthy *Principal Sh Brij Bhushan Sharma sir*.
