Doda November 12-Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Dradhu, Zone Bhalla, organized a successful Swachhata Abhiyan near the vital water spring resource in the area.
The event, held under the guidance of Principal Satish Kumar and led by Ankita Kotwal, Vice ZICC Bhalla, saw active participation from all staff and students.
The initiative, aligned with the National Service Scheme (NSS), aimed to promote cleanliness and hygiene within the community. The event was graced by the presence of DDC Chairman Dhananter Singh and Ex Sarpanch Ashok Sharma, who lent their support to the cause.
The core activities of the Swachhata Abhiyan included a comprehensive cleanliness drive at the Dradhu Spring, an awareness campaign focusing on sanitation and hygiene, and active community engagement.
By involving the community, the school sought to foster a shared sense of responsibility towards environmental cleanliness.
