Doda,November 19-A two-day training-cum-awareness workshop concluded today which was organized at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Kilhotran.
The workshop, held under the guidance of ZEO Bhallessa, Mr. Mohd Ayoub Sheikh, and the supervision of CEO Doda, Mr. Prakash Lal Thapa, focused on crucial topics such as UDISE, GEM, PFMS, work culture enhancement, and other administrative issues.
The event, attended by educators from seven clusters of the Bhalessa zone, aimed to strengthen the school management system and improve overall efficiency.
Key topics like personal financial growth, time-bound increments, and the use of the ARMS Portal for mid-day meal accountability were also covered.
Principal of GHSS Kilhotran, Dr. Bhushan Kumar Sharma, emphasized the importance of ethics, morality, and a strong work culture. He ensured smooth arrangements for all participants, including refreshments and accommodation.
ZEO Bhallessa, in his closing remarks, stressed the significance of punctuality, moral values, and ethical practices. He thanked all participants and the school administration for their cooperation.
