Oasis Movement in Partnership with Directorate of School Education Department (DSESJ) and State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) ,J&K conducted 3 days Oasis Jyotirdhar workshop for preparing KRPs of Jammu Division w.e.f 21st to 23rd August 2024. 3 days Workshop on Self Leadership is the first one in the series of Oasis Basic Course. This workshop focused on the principles of learning, the vision about one’s own character and the root of all our problems.
Concluding Event of OASIS Life Camp Festival was held today on 24-08-2024 at Teacher Bhawan ,Gandhi Nagar Jammu in which Principal Secretary to Government, School Education Department Sh. Alok Kumar was the Chief Guest. Speaking on the occasion Secretary School Education emphasized that Teachers are the architects of any society and there is no doubt that great Teachers build great Nations. To build India as a great nation by 2047, we need to awaken the conscience of teachers to own up their responsibility.
Oasis Movement – a pan-India aspiration is actively engaged with holistic education for teenagers and youths and also Heads of Institutions over the last 3 decades. Originated at Vadodara, Gujarat in 1989 Oasis is a Registered Public Charitable Trust under BPT Act (1950). Oasis believes that ‘Education of Heart’ should be at the heart of our Education System. Today’s Event also marked the launch of 05 educational books by Team Oasis led by Ms Tina Vasudev, Mr. Mehul Panchal and…… .These books were distributed among the young students who are integral part of this movement.
The event also marked distribution of TABS to 17 meritorious students of Jammu Division who excelled in the 12th Class Examinations 2024 conducted by JKBOSE.
