Ramban ,November 30-A significant step towards educational advancement was taken with the teacher/Masters training program as an awareness campaign of future oriented programming under the supervision of Chief Education Officer Ramban and Principal HSS NEEL DR.Ali Mohd ,under the banner of J&K Samagra Shiksha.
The training program, designed to equip educators with the latest tools and knowledge, focused on a wide range of topics including AI coding, EdTech, Indigenous cultural preservation, skill upgradation, and Industry 4.0 courses.
The initiative aims to empower teachers to not only impart traditional knowledge but also to prepare students for the rapidly evolving technological landscape. By integrating AI coding and EdTech into the curriculum, educators will be able to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy skills among students.
Furthermore, the training program emphasizes the importance of preserving Indigenous cultural heritage. By incorporating Indigenous cultural studies into the curriculum, teachers can instill a sense of pride and identity in students while fostering intercultural understanding.
To ensure that teachers are equipped with the necessary skills to navigate the demands of the 21st-century workforce, the training program also includes modules on skill upgradation and Industry 4.0. By understanding the latest trends in technology and industry, teachers can guide students towards career paths that are aligned with future job market demands.
