DODA, February 12 – Sh. Mohammad Hafiz, Chief Education Officer (CEO) Doda, today conducted a comprehensive inspection of several examination centers in the Bhaderwah and Bhalla zones. The visit was aimed at evaluating the preparedness of these centers for the forthcoming Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JK BOSE) examinations.
During the inspection, CEO Hafiz visited multiple centers to assess the arrangements made for the smooth conduct of the exams. While some centers were found to be well-prepared, others did not meet the required standards. Reports suggest that certain centers in the Bhaderwah zone were lacking essential resources and infrastructure necessary for the smooth conduct of the exams.
In response to these shortcomings, CEO Hafiz issued immediate directives to the Heads of Institutions (HOIs) at the concerned centers, instructing them to address the identified deficiencies and ensure all necessary arrangements are made by tomorrow. He underscored the importance of complying with JK BOSE guidelines and creating a conducive environment for the students to excel in their examinations. The CEO emphasized that any lapses in preparedness would not be tolerated.
CEO Hafiz’s proactive approach reflects the Doda education department’s commitment to ensuring fair, transparent, and well-organized examinations. His prompt action and on-the-spot assessment are aimed at providing students with an optimal environment for success. The intervention is expected to uplift both staff and students as they prepare for the crucial exams. Further inspections are planned in the coming days to ensure complete compliance and readiness across all examination centers in the district.
