Cluster-Level Meetings Held at HSS Chingus and PM SHRI GHSS Dhangri to Enhance Academic Preparedness

Chingus, March 24: A significant Cluster-Level Meeting was organized today at Higher Secondary School (HSS) Chingus under the leadership of Principal Sh. Zaman Shah. The meeting was attended by Heads of Institutions (HOIs) from High Schools (HS), Middle Schools (MS), and Primary Schools (PS) within the cluster. Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Dandesar, Sh. Anil Kumar, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour.

The meeting focused on various crucial academic and administrative aspects, including preparations for the new academic session, lifting and distribution of textbooks, and strategies to enhance student enrollment. Discussions were also held on maintaining cleanliness in schools, improving the standard of education, and making effective use of Teaching-Learning Materials (TLM). Special emphasis was placed on creating engaging classroom environments to make learning more attractive for students. Additionally, the importance of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) was highlighted to strengthen the fundamental skills of young learners.

During the session, Principal Zaman Shah emphasized the need for greater cooperation among teachers, parents, and students to ensure academic excellence. He reiterated that collaborative efforts are essential to enhancing learning outcomes and making schools more appealing to children. Several teachers and masters shared their insights and experiences on increasing student enrollment and improving the overall learning environment.

Meanwhile, another Cluster-Level Meeting was held at PM SHRI Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Dhangri for HOIs of Cluster Dhangri. The session primarily focused on strategies for student enrollment, preparedness for the new academic session, and the importance of maintaining cleanliness within school premises. Teachers were encouraged to prepare worksheets and utilize TLM effectively to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, discussions were held on innovative teaching techniques to ensure better academic outcomes for students.

Prominent educators, including Ashwani Kumar (MS Godhar Mal), Sandeep Kumar (PS Gunni), Subash Chander (HS Potha), Manir Hussain (Lecturer English), and Shazia Kouser (Senior Lecturer Botany), shared their valuable perspectives on improving teaching standards and fostering an engaging classroom environment. Their suggestions aimed at equipping teachers with modern strategies to raise the quality of education.

In her concluding address, Principal Smt. Pawan Kumari Sharma elaborated on inclusive education, advanced teaching methodologies, and the importance of enrollment drives. She urged teachers to approach the new academic session with enthusiasm and dedication, ensuring that students receive quality education in a well-prepared learning atmosphere.
