01. SC orders transfers 7 (adult prisoners) from Kathua, J&K, to Central Jail at Gurdaspur, Punjab.
Their trial will however continue in Pathankot.
02. State of JK to provide security to its public prosecutors.
03. Punjab Police to secure the Trial Court at the time of trial and to provide security to the trial judge at Pathankot.
04. District Judge, Pathankot to hold in-camera trial and permit entry into the courtroom only to the court staff, the PP and his team and counsels of the undertrials.
05. J&K Government to provide transport/expenses for travel to family members of accused persons for travel from Kathua to Pathankot.
06. CB-SIT to complete further investigation within 6-8 weeks and file supplementary/final challan.
