POONCH, JULY 26: District Development Commissioner Rahul Yadav today visited various historical buildings and sites here in the main town and outskirts.
Accompanied by Director Sanrakshan heritage consultant Pvt Ltd, Munish Pandit, the DDC visited Poonch Fort, Town Hall, Bagh Deodietc and inspected the ongoing developmental works, besides facilities available for the visitors. He took stock of cleanliness in and around these historical structures.
Inspecting the pace of work, the DC directed Municipalauthorities to complete renovation work at the Town Hall within 15 days.
The DDC said that the district administration would soon prepare a plan for preservation of the pristine glory of these historical places.
