LEH, MAY 11: Executive Councilor for Health, Youth Services & Sports, Industries, Forest, ICDS, Power and Parks & Gardens, Gyal P Wangyal, who is on a two-day visit to Nyoma sub-division, today visited the Primary Health Centre Korzok.
The EC asked the concerned officers to submit a detailed project report for further upgradation, renovation and beautification of the hospital.
He directed the concerned to ensure provision of free medicine to BPL families as per the rules. He said efforts are being made to bring the PHC at par with the Sub District Hospital Diskit.
Wangyal also inspected the medical centre at Hemya and called for putting in everyone’s best to help provide quality healthcare facilities to the people of the area.
During the tour, he also visited the Nomadic Residential School at Puga and took stock of the infrastructure facilities there.
