A medical assessment cum measurement camp was organised for specially-abled children in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur. The camp was organised under Samagra Shiksha scheme by education department in collaboration with health department. Around 200 specially-abled children from Udhampur and surrounding areas like Tikri and Jib participated. The main aim of the camp was to provide medical test and measurement of children with special needs. After the check up, children were provided aids like hearing aid, wheel chairs, and artificial limbs. Parents and locals, both, praised this government for this camp.
