National Dengue Day, a pledge on keeping our surroundings clean and preventing transmission of Dengue was administered at Police Lines, Sector 26, Chandigarh. The staff of Police Hospital, Sector 26, Chandigarh, students of GMSS, Sector 26, Chandigarh and police personnel’s and their families were present and participated in pledge against dengue.
A lecture was also delivered by Dr. Upenderjeet Singh Gill, ADM, UT, Chandigarh, Dr. Brij Lal, Medical Officer and Sh. Jaswinder Singh, DSP/Lines, who aware the participants about preventing Dengue and keep healthy life. After this an awareness rally was also organized with posters and banners by students of GMSS, Sector 26, Chandigarh spreading awareness about cleanliness and preventing Dengue.
