KUPWARA, SEPTEMBER 24: Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Khalid Jahangir, today visited the bereaved families of two revenue officials who were killed in Machil road accident.
The DC visited the residence of Syed Nayeem Ahmad Andrabi of Dooniwari Lolab and Aijaz Ahmad Dar of Sogam Lolab who died in a road mishap at mountainous Z-GaliMachil area of the Kupwara district.
Jahangir expressed deep sorrow over the unfortunate incident and condoled the deaths. He interacted with the family members of the deceased and assured them of all possible support from the district administration.
Pertinently, the Deputy Commissioner was personally supervising the rescue operations once the news of this tragic accident unfolded.
