No movement of traffic will be allowed to and from Kishtwar during the night,as kuligadh(drashalla),due to incessant rains has become more vulnerable and fragile as to shooting stones and slide.All concerned enroute have been directed to place strict nakas and not to allow any movement of vehicles for the safety of commuters/Traffic.
