SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 02: Department of Floriculture today carried out cleanliness and sanitation drives under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan in Pulwama and Bandipora districts.
In Pulwama, the sanitation drive was held at District Hospital Pulwama. Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Assistant Floriculture Officer and other concerned officials were present on the occasion.
During the drive, public park and adjacent streets of the District Hospital Pulwama were cleaned by the officials of the concerned department.
In Bandipora, the drive commenced at mini secretariat by Project Manager, Integrated Watershed Management Programme, Rafiq Ahmad Lone.
Importance of maintaining hygienic and clean environment was emphasized on the occasion.
Officials of Floriculture Department and other concerned were also present on the occasion.
