Advisor Kumar visits PCCF office, interacts with officers

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 04: Advisor to Governor, K Vijay Kumar today visited the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests office at Sheikh Bagh where he held an interactive session with the senior officers of Forest department.

The Advisor was welcomed by PCCF J&K Suresh Chugh along with other senior officers of the department.

With a view to have idea regarding the functioning of various wings of Forest department, the Advisor interacted with all the senior officers and sought the details of the activities being carried out by their respective wings.

The officers holding charge of different wings of the Forest department briefed the Advisor K Vijay Kumar about the working and related issues which need to be resolved for further strengthening the Forest department.

On the occasion, the Advisor also sought suggestions/inputs for from the officers for further improving the functioning of Forest department. He also asked them to use as many as technical interventions in the department for achieving better results.

The Advisor also contributed in plantation drive by planting a pine sapling in the premises of PCCF office.

CCF Kashmir, CCF Projects & Planning, CCF CAMPA, CCF Demarcation & Settlement, Chief Accounts Officer, other concerned Conservator Forests and DFO’s were present during the interactive session.
