Son of ex-BSP MP Ashish Pandey surrenders at Patiala House court in New Delhi on Thursday. In a video statement, he defends himself that he had been threatened.
He said that the statement of hotel security and staff should be taken. “I did not do any wrong with anyone,” said Ashish Pandey.
He hit out at the media trial in which he had been projected as a “terrorist”.
He said that the CCTV footage should be examined to find out who had entered the ladies toilet and who was threatening me.
He said that he had surrendered as he has full faith in the country’s legal system.
