New Delhi, October 30: The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to stay the CBI summons against businessman Satish Sana, complainant in the alleged bribery case against CBI special director Rakesh Asthana.
The court directed police to provide adequate security to Sana.
The court rejected Sana’s plea for recording of his statement in the presence of retired former SC judge AK Patnaik.
