Chandigarh: The police have booked three persons on the charges of attacking and outraging the modesty of a woman at her house on November 7.
A resident of Sector 20 reported that Rajdeep Singh, Khushdeep Singh and Pavneet, all residents of Sector 32, barged into her house. They quarrelled with her and outraged her modesty, she added. The police was informed and a case under Section 323 (punishment for voluntarily hurting), 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) 452 (house trespass after preparation for hurt, assault or wrongful restraint), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code was registered against all suspects at the Sector 19 police station.
