Dy.SP Bodh Raj airlifted to AIIMS Delhi ,DGP J&K, IGP Kashmir sees him of at Airport.

JAMMU, NOVEMBER 16: Bodh Raj Dy.SP of IRP 4th Bn. who was seriously injured in a road accident while on election duty in Keran area of Kupwara district last evening was airlifted to AIIMS Delhi this afternoon. The Director General of Police Dilbag Singh, IGP Kashmir S.P. Pani saw him off at Airport, alongwith his family for AIIMS New Delhi.
As has been reported earlier Bodh Raj Dy.SP alongwith SgCt. Rattan Lal, Ct. Jahangir Ahmad, Ct. Rakesh Kumar and Const. Sanjeev Kumar, were injured in a road accident when the vehicle they were travelling in skidded off in Keran area. The officers was on Panchayat election duties. They were immediately shifted to the nearest Army hospital wherefrom by the efforts of Corps Commander A.K. Bhatt and IGP Kashmir S.P. Pani the injured DySP along with two other personnel was airlifted to 92 Base Hospital, Srinagar where he was stabilized.
The seriously injured officer alongwith his family was airlifted to AIIMS Delhi through an air ambulance arranged by the department today. Special instructions have been given by the DGP J&K to the J&K Police officers at New Delhi to take care of the said officer and provide all assistance. He has wished him speedy recovery.
