Deputy Commissioner Shopian, Dr. Owais Ahmed Saturday flags off outstanding young players and talented youth who are scheduled participate in a convention at SKICC Srinagar on 26th of this month.
On the occasion Deputy commissioner Shopian,Dr. Owais Ahmed said that his office will provide every kind of help to the young players and in turn who will bring lurls for the district and valley in general.
Dr. Owais provided all possible assistance to most of the youth who belong to the economically backwards families .He said district Shopian tops the martial arts players in the valley and the players several have won trophies at national, state and international levels.
On the occasion District Youth services and sports Officer, members of sports Council and other concerned officers were also present.
