Mumbai, November 28: A 12-year-old girl died after she collapsed on stage during a dance competition in suburban Kandivli in Mumbai, police said on Wednesday.
Manisha Sharma collapsed in the middle of a performance on Tuesday night, a Kandivli police station official said.
She was rushed to a suburban hospital where doctors declared her dead on arrival, he said.
The cause of her death would be known after postmortem, the official said.
Sharma was a student of Class 7.
A case of accidental death had been registered, the official added. PTI
