Panchayat polls phase 7: 4.7% turnout in Baramulla till 10 AM, lowest in Kashmir

Baramulla recorded the lowest voter turnout of 4.7% in Kashmir valley till 10 AM during the ongoing seventh phase of Panchayat elections.
