DODA, DECEMBER 26: District administration Doda today conducted selection for pre-recruitment training capsule for local youth for upcoming recruitments in army and police department.
The exercise is aimed to equip the youth with knowledge and physical ability to enable their selection in the recruitment drives.
The district administration has made all the arrangements for smooth conduct of pre-recruitment drive whereat over 1000 unemployed local youth appeared for the test.
SDM Assar, Varunjeet Charak is the nodal officer for the Drive and training capsule who was supported DIO, DEPO, DYSS officer, DySP (HQ) and officers from 4 sector RR Suigwari.
The selection was held under overall monitoring of District Development Commissioner Anshul Garg.
The candidates are being selected after conducting preliminary physical and mental test to check their abilities and identify their weaknesses which are being followed by 40-day training capsule.
Regular classes and physical training shall be managed by civil and army instructors.
The 45-day training capsule shall include academic training that helps candidates to excel their knowledge-base and prepare for the exams .
Special training shall also be part of the curriculum to achieve intangible qualities like leadership, camaraderie, discipline and determination.
