Sajad Ahmad Shah, brother-in-law of senior Congress leader and former Union minister Saifuddin Soz, passed away on December 28.
Three- day mourning will end at the residence of the deceased at Humhama Heights, Airport Road, Srinagar on Sunday.
Shah retired a couple of months ago as Joint Director of the state’s agriculture department.
