DODA, JANUARY 03: State Commission for Protection of Women and Child Rights (SCFPWCR) organized an awareness camp in the remote area of Gundoh in which over 180 women from different departments like health, ICDS, Creche workers and FCCs were sensitized about the varied issues.
Secretary (SCFPWCR), Dr Khalid Hussain Malik presided over the programme and SDM Gundoh Pritam K Thapa was the guest of honor.
Renowned Journalist and social activist, Nidhi Sharma, threw light on various issues like domestic violence, dowry and harassment of women.
Dr. Imran Ahmad kichloo interacted with the audience on moral and religious issues related to women and children abuse.
Tehsildar Gundoh, Lekh Raj Bharat, DSWO Zubair Ahmad, CDPO Gandoh Fehmida, Nayeem-ul-Haq Waza and various NGOs attended the programme.
