Five members of a family died of asphyxiation at their rented accommodation in Bemina area of Srinagar on Saturday.
Reports said the deceased, which include two kids, as many women and a male member, were found dead at Mansoor colony in Bemina today morning.
Reports quoting police sources said the family appears to have died due to gas leakage.
The deceased were residents of Tangdhar in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
