JeM claims Friday night attack on army camp in north Kashmir’s Bandipora

Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) militant group has claimed the last night attack on an army camp in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, reports said on Saturday.

A JeM spokesperson Muhammad Hassan said the army camp was attacked with grenades and intense firing to avenge “Rajpura (Tral) martyrs”, news agency quoted from a JeM statement.

Muhammad Hassan, a spokesman of the outfit, according to the statement, paid tributes to militants killed in Rajpura, Tral, and expressed condolence and solidarity with the bereaved families.

“India must read writing on the wall that it has no place in Kashmir,” Hassan said, according to the report.

Militants has last night hurled a grenade at 5 RR camp in Sumbal area of the district. However, there was no report of any loss of life or injuries.
