KISHTWAR, JANUARY 08: A meeting of Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) District Hospital Kishtwar was held under the chairmanship of Chief Medical Officer Dr. Abdul Majid Maik here today.
Among others present during the meet were Additional District Development Commissioner, Imam Din, Dr. S. D. Atri Medical Superintendent District Hospital, Executive Engineer PWD, Deputy General Manager JKPCC, Sanitary Inspectors of Municipal Committee and District Hospital Kishtwar besides NGOs.
After threadbare discussions and on the basis of requirements put forth by all the concerned, a plan to the tune of Rs.8.00 lakh was approved keeping in view the winter season and urgent requirements thereof. Stress was given on Sanitation, heating arrangements to the patients admitted in Hospital besides stock of Life Saving drugs with sufficient P.O.L in order to meet any eventuality.
Medical Superintendent DH was asked to take immediate steps to improve the sanitary condition in the Hospital.
