RAJOURI, JANUARY 11:- Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Aijaz Asad today chaired a meeting of revenue officers and reviewed the progress of scanning of documents, quality check and up gradation of jamabandies for digitization of land record under Digital India Land Record Modernization Programs (DILRMP).
The ACR informed the meeting that 349 manual jamabandies were notified, of which 196 were completed and process for completing the remaining is on.
The DDC emphasized on to strictly follow the timeline fixed for the preparation of Jamabandies and scanning of all pending revenue records.
The concerned were directed to hold weekly and fortnightly meetings to review the progress of preparation of Jamabandies.
Bottlenecks in the implementation of Digital India Land Record Modernization programme were also discussed.
The DC directed the tehsildars to identify the space for setting up computer centre/Data centre /Modern Record room at Tehsil level and also depute at least one employee to NIC to learn the digitlization and upgradation of documents.
The meeting was attended by ADC Sher Singh, ADC Kotranka Ved Parkash, ACR, Mohammad Ashraf, all Tehsildars of the district and other revenue functionaries.
