An operation theatre is a place where patients are operated following their treatment but nobody ever said that it can be a love nest also. Now, a video of a civil surgeon kissing a nurse at the operation theatre at the Ujjain district hospital has gone viral. Soon after the video surfaced the social media, authorities stepped in and sacked the doctor from his post.
The 49-year-old civil surgeon was removed from his post following the ‘behaviour unbecoming of an officer’. Ujjain district collector Shashank Mishra told PTI, “I have removed him from the post of a civil surgeon of the district hospital. I have also issued a notice seeking an explanation from the senior doctor.”
The video shows the doctor kissing a nurse inside the operation theatre. It surfaced on a WhatsApp group of the nursing staff at the hospital. According to the reports, the video was shot inside the operation theatre.

Currently, the doctor has not shown up at the hospital after the video surfaced and have been on a leave.
The divisional commissioner is expected to order an enquiry following the incident. Reports also suggest that the nurse works for the hospital and the operation theatre also belongs to the hospital.
However, it is not the only video that has surfaced the WhatsApp Group. There are three more videos that are deemed objectionable that have been shared on the WhatsApp group of the nursing staff. It remains unclear if the videos were posted intentionally or by mistake.
