Anantnag: Three persons, who were trapped in an avalanche that had hit a police post near Jawahar Tunnel on Srinagar-Jammu highway, have been retrieved alive by rescuers.
An official said that the rescue teams of Army and police were were able to pull out three men alive, while others are still trapped under avalanche.
Earlier, ten persons were trapped under a snow avalanche at Jawahar Tunnel last evening.
