Rohtak, March 7: The murder case of a farmer of Chandi village in Rohtak district has got a twist with the police claiming the farmer’s nephews, not his wife, had plotted and executed the crime.
Naresh (35) was shot at his home on the intervening night of February 21 and 22.
DSP (Meham) Sajjan Singh said four accused — Naresh’s nephews Jagbir and Ajit, Jagbir’s wife Sanjana and Ajit’s friend Anil — had been arrested and Naresh’s wife Manisha released.
He said feud related to property seemed to be the reason behind the murder.
