A policeman was injured after being hit by a stone in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Friday.
Reports said a policemen, identified as Tariq Ahmad, was hit by a stone during clashes in Ratnipora village of Shopian.
Clashes erupted in the area soon after a gunfight broke out in the nearby Gadapora village.
At least ten youth were injured in the clashes. While nine had suffered pellet injuries one of them had been shot in the neck.
