17.8 votes polled till 9 am in Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar records five percent voting

Jammu and Kashmir: Nearly eighteen percent votes were polled till 11 am in Udhampur and Srinagar parliamentary seats of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Thursday.

While the Udhampur seat recorded 26.28 per cent polling, the Srinagar-Budgam parliamentary seat recorded 5.0 per cent polling till 11 am.

Following district wise figures were provided by the officials: Reasi 28.8 percent; Kathua 28.5 percent; Udhampur 28.7 percent; Ramban 19.5 percent; Doda 28.6 percent; Kishtwar 23.6 percent; Budgam 6.4 percent; Ganderbal 6.5 percent; and Srinagar 2.3 percent.
