Chandigarh, May 5:Harmohan Dhawan, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate, resumed his door-to-door campaign in Mani Majra on Sunday.
While addressing the gathering, Dhawan lashed out at Congress candidate Pawan Kumar Bansal for his non-performance. Dhawan said Bansal was elected MP thrice. However, he failed to fulfil the promises he made to city residents. Dhawan further said Bansal had breached the trust of city residents.
“It is most unfortunate that even MP Kirron Kher couldn’t solve any of the problems of city residents,” he said. Earlier in the morning, Dhawan inaugurated a cricket match organised by the Maloya Cricket Association. While addressing the youngsters, Dhawan said children born and brought up in Chandigarh would be given preference in the jobs of the UT Administration.
